Since Hubby has the day off tomorrow, I thought I'd get started with my menu planning early. I've got a weigh-in on Thursday at my OB appointment, and I feel like I've been gaining a couple pounds extra this month. So this week I'm going for lite (and cheap) meals.
Monday - chicken quesadillas, oranges
Tuesday - Cheesy Broccoli Rice*, peaches
Wednesday - soccer- BBQ meatballs, corn, wheat rolls
Thursday - breakfast nite- French Bagels*
Friday - soccer- grilled ham 'n cheese sandwiches, carrot sticks, applesauce
Saturday - Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad* (except I'm going to buy ready-made breaded chicken strips)
Sunday - soup from a can. any kind. is that easy enough?
Breakfasts: Chocolate-Banana-Peanut Butter Smoothie*, yogurt with granola, Crock Pot Fruited Oatmeal*
Dessert of the week: Quick Baked Apple*
