  2. Hey Girl!! I love these pictures. I hope you are all doing well. Things are getting crazy here for the Christmas season. Here is the recipe for Monkey Bread... it is sooo easy and sooo good!! I hope you enjoy.

3 cans of biscuits (10 count)
    1 cup of white sugar
    3 tablespoons of Cinnamon
    1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 cup of packed brown sugar
    chopped pecans

Mix together white sugar and cinnamon in a gallon ziplock bag. Cut biscuits into 4 pieces. Drop them in to bag, shake well, and drop into a well greased bundt pan. Repeat layering biscuits and pecans. Heat butter and brown sugar in microwave until melted and combined. Pour over biscuits. Bake on 350 for 35 to 40 min or until done. Let cool for a few min before transferring to serving platter.

You may want to put a piece of foil or a pan underneath the bundt pan. Every now and then I have a problem with the butter/brown sugar mixture coming over the sides as the biscuits cook up.

Let me know what you think.
    Talk to you soon.
