Be joyful always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

Wow, I need this today. It has not started off to be a good day. I'm just crabby, tired, and irritable. My eyes burn, and I just want some space. One of those days... So it's a GREAT time to just STOP and think about God's blessings in my life...
1. My mom's visit over the weekend. It was action-packed with trips to fabric stores, fall activities, and family time! It was a great visit!
2. Yesterday's trip to the pumpkin patch. See my photos here. While we were there I was caught up just trying to get "the perfect picture" and in my frustrations I didn't allow myself to just enjoy the moment. Do you ever have that? Where you get so caught up behind the camera that you aren't even in the moment? But after the fact, I still had fun and the pictures did turn out okay. Two scenic favorites...
3. My new goals list. I feel like I have good motivation and focus right now and am ready to get tackling this list!
4. Eli. As much as I'm having frustrations with him this morning, he is such a JOY. This week he was outside having a blast kicking through the leaves. It was one of those great moments where we could just step back and watch him having fun as he discovered something new!
5. Hubby. We really do get a lot of time together--occasional lunches, most afternoons, evenings, and weekends and I'm so grateful for that!
It's short and simple this week, but that's all I've got for now. For more Thankful Thursday posts, head over to Crystal's who is so graciously guest-hosting for us!
May you be sweetly blessed dear one.
