Okay, I'm really trying to work on reducing the weekly grocery bill. So this week I've included 5-ingredient or less recipes, a night of using beans instead of meat, and using meat from the freezer (pork chops, ground turkey) If you have any tips on how you cook cheap meals, I'd love to hear your ideas!
Monday - Labor Day cookout at church
Tuesday - pork chops, applesauce, tator tots
Wednesday - Old Fashioned Goulash, garlic bread, salad
Thursday - appetizer nite-- BBQ chicken drummies
Friday - Bean and Cheese Burrito
Saturday - Turkey Cabbage Stew
Sunday - dinner out
DID YOU KNOW that Bisquick is supposed to be refrigerated after opening?? Check the top of your box. I just learned this at a friend's house yesterday! Who knew?!

Nope, never knew that about bisquick. Thanks for the tip! Great menu... have a nice week!
This sounds great! Using the beans REALLY stretches your money. The appetizer nights sounds good, I may start doing that. Sounds quick, too!
Hope you are having a great Labor Day weekend!

LOoks like a very tasty week ahead.
Happy Labor Day.
and No I didn't know it needed to be placed in the fridge after opening.. That's good to know. Thanks.
delicious week ahead for you and your family. Enjoy your week.
Sarah,
I also wanted to tell you that my Claire's due date was Feb.17th! Well, she had two due dates and this was the final one. She was born Feb.15th. So we missed Valentine's by one day! Just thought I would share that with you. Hope you had a great weekend!
Julie
