In reference to yesterday's post and to Mary's comment that says: "And we have the knowledge so why can't we put it into practice? It's right up there with working out and eating right. Why can't we just do what is GOOD for us?! "

"Clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ , and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature." Romans 13:14
"The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature he will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life." Galatians 6:8
