Remember how I was maybe going to chop my hair for the summer? (Click
here and
here to read about that and see the ADORABLE short cuts I fell in love with) Well, I juuuust don't think it would end up looking like I would want it to look. And then it hit me, if the reason I wanted to cut is because it's too hot to "do" and wear down, maybe I just need to learn new ways how to DO it! So I literally spent a couple late-night HOURS watching styling videos on-line! And here's one of my new favorites... (I'm going to call it an "inside out ponytail".) I can curl a little bit beforehand to give it a pretty look. Or not and keep it simple.

looks better than just a plain side ponytail |

I don't looove this view, BUT I'm not the one who sees it! LOL |

I love it! Also, I keep forgetting to tell you that I was at Wal-Mart buying bobby pins one day a couple weeks ago, and saw that Goody makes a bunch of hair stuff for making a pony tail look cute. I don't remember what they're called, but I know that the brand was Goody. The next time you're at Wal-Mart, take a look in that aisle!
Thanks Amanda! Actually I did check out Walmart's hair pins, and I found this Goody brand thing that's two screw like pins. And even with all my thick hair, the two pins hold almost all of it!! I also got comb type clips that have elastic decorative band that stretches between the two combs. (gee whiz these things are hard to describe! LOL) Haven't mastered that one yet and it seems so simple, but I'm trying!
Good! I was just coming back here to tell you they were called spin pins and then there was some thing that puffs up the pony tail too. So glad they worked for you! I know exactly what you're talking about for the other one too. I saw those there too.
I'm glad you kept your hair long. I love it!
You're gorgeous
Beautiful!!!
