Do you create these yourself? If so how?

Yup, I do. Adobe Photoshop. I searched winter images on google, used my lasso tool to select just part of the picture (what I used for the corner), copy and pasted it again and turned it to use for another corner. Searched "snowflakes" same color to fill in the middle areas. Added text one row at a time so I could move them around. I've downloaded lots of free fonts so I have lots to pick from. Flatten the image so it's all one layer, add the blue border around the outside, and SAVE! Pretty easy once I find a good image to use for my overall look!

Thanks for the explanation--I was curious too. I think your cards are so pretty! I have to use photoshop to get my lab data into publishable form, but I'm not very good at it yet, so doing a little project like this would really help me. Happy New Year!!
