Today's Goals

1. Actually get the kids dressed and out of their jammies today.

2. Wash some laundry.

3. Finish doing lesson for tonight's Bible study.

4. Finish planning lesson for next week's MOPS meeting and mail to the leader.

The water thing--I make goals.. Before 8am I try to drink about
40oz, then with lunch another
20oz, and then with dinner another
20oz..Sometimes I just keep a glass sitting on the table and everytime I see it or walk by it I will take a drink. I sometimes will add lemon just to give it some flavor because I now only drink water beside my cofee in the morning.

I have a friend in a weight loss class at her church so she tells me what she is learning and great ideas.. One GREAT ideas is that everyday you should have 8 --8oz glasses of water, walk or excersise, and read your Bible..They call it WWW--Water, Walk, Word!! She keeps track of it on a calander. She just had a baby too so she counts being busy with her 3 boys exercise!!

I do Taebo 3 times a week. I have invited 2 ladies from Church to come to my house to workout. (It is so nice because I get motivated to clean my house!!) We even do a weekly weigh in on Weds. Blogging my weight gives me lots of motivation.. I don't want to have to blog that I gained so it keeps me on track (most days)!!
