Objective: To clean up area where cookbooks are so it doesn't waste so much of my counter area.
Method:
1. Empty fruit basket, remove wire handles, paint it white, put in bathroom.
2. Organize printed-out recipes, flip through cooking magazines pulling out recipes to keep and tossing magazine.
3. Hang pot holders (or whatever those mittens are called) on wall.

i like the fact that it's a fruit basket - the unexpected twist is nice!
GREAT tackle!
I need to do something with my recipe books, too, but that is another tackle for another day....
Great idea for the basket! I noticed that aside from the name we also have a 1 yr old and baby on the way in common! I love you're resource links and will definitely be back to check them out some more.
Great tackle. Love the refreshed basket. Blessings!
Both your bathroom and your kitchen counter look great. Good job.
You did a really good job! Love the fruit basket and it is so nice to have space cleared off, isn't it? Love and Prayers, Julie
The new look for the basket is great and the bathroom zone looks nice but your kitchen corner is fantastic in the after shot! Way to go. Amazing how just moving a few things and taking advantage of hanging wall space makes such a huge difference. I'm motivated now to look at some of my hot spots with new eyes.
LOOKS GREAT! Wow!
Kitchen countertops are clutter magnets!

WOW!!! The bathroom looks great and the kitchen counter looks FABULOUS!!! My husband has counter envy -he's always nagging me to de-clutter ours. Thanks for the motivation!
