Menu Plan Monday - April 21

Monday - grilled taco nachos, apples

Tuesday - breakfast nite- omelets, fruit cocktail

Wednesday - hamburgers, potato salad, peaches

Thursday - chicken piccata, grilled veggies, oranges

Friday - appetizer nite- spinach and artichoke dip, pigs n a blanket

Saturday - chicken veggie foil wraps, apples

Sunday - calzones

You'll have to try this recipe sometime soon. It is so tasty and easy to make!

1 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
1 8oz bottle Creamy Russian Dressing
3/4 cup Apricot preserves
2/3 cup water.

Mix ingredients. Set aside. Arrange 1 1/2-2 lbs. of boneless chicken in flat pan. Pour apricot mixture over chicken. Bake at 400 degreees for 1- 1 1/4 hrs. Serve over egg noodles (or other noodle or rice of your choice) Love, Lisa T.
